Tech's highest paid women. Safra Catz, $37.7 million

    Silicon Valley isn't known for its diversity, but it is home to a handful of highly paid female executives.

    Catz was named Oracle's (ORCL, Tech30) co-CEO with Mark Hurd last year. Catz and Hurd replaced Larry Ellison, who was consistently the highest paid executive in the world.
